Important Deadlines
By Wednesday, July 15, at 5 p.m. EDT
Completed registration form due with digital images of all submitted art
By Friday, August 14
Artists will be notified by email if their work is accepted or not
Saturday, September 12, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Deliver all accepted artwork in person at Cafritz Living Center. Shipped entries will not be accepted.
Friday, September 18, 7:15-9 p.m.
Artist or their representative encouraged to attend opening reception at Cafritz Center.
Sunday, September 27, 12-3 p.m.
Retrieve all unsold artwork. Artist or representative must be present to remove artwork. Artists must register any representative prior to retrieval on these sales attached registration form.
