Our Mission

The Accokeek Artists Alliance is an organization of artists and supporters of the arts. The mission is to enhance and invigorate our community through the arts.

  • Encourage a greater appreciation of our artists by providing opportunities to show their work  

  • Educate the general public on the creative process  

  • Enhance the understanding of our local cultural heritage through the examination of past artists and their legacy  

  • Collaborate with other relevant organizations to support the arts and our mission
