Registration Deadline: March 6, 2026

Refundable Deposit: A reimbursable $50 payment is required at the time of registration. The $50 deposit is refundable in full on intake of inventoried artwork. It is not refundable if the artist cancels their participation after March 30.

Artwork Specifications:

For framing standards, consult MCAC website. Note that MCAC now allows sawtooth hooks on the frames as well as wire. Artwork may not exceed 6’ in any dimension or weigh more than 40 lbs., except by special permission. Installation artwork cannot be accepted without prior approval.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

By Friday, March 6

• Artists photo and biography/artists statement due

• Optional representative digital images for publicity also due

By Monday, March 30 :

• Provide complete inventory of all artwork(s) noting for each piece: Title, Medium, and Price.

• Provide optional jpeg images for the MCAC website. Include Title, Medium & Price. ______

Sunday, April 12 11:00am to 2:00pm or Monday, April 13 11:00am to 1:00pm

• Deliver all exhibit artwork(s).

Sunday, April 19 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

• Artist or their representative attends the opening reception.

Sunday, May 24 4:00 to 6:00pm, or Tuesday, May 26 11:00am to 1:00pm

• Retrieve all exhibit Artwork(s). Artist or Group representative must be present to remove artwork(s).
