Sign up to sell your art at the AAA Winter Market

November 21-22, 2025

Please read the following carefully, and fill out the form below. The deadline for signing up for the sale is November 15th.

AAA Winter Market 2025 Schedule

Set-Up: Thursday, November 20, 1-8pm

Market Open:

Friday, November 21, 3-8pm

Saturday, November 22, 1-6pm

Reception: Saturday, November 22, 4-6pm

Breakdown: Saturday, November 22, 6-7pm

  • Please deliver and set up your display space during the Setup time and break down and remove your display space and any unsold items during the Breakdown time.

  • AAA will attempt to accommodate all requests, but we reserve the right to limit spaces.

  • Download and fill out the price list sheet.

  • Clearly mark each piece with its unique item code and price, as described on the price list sheet.

  • AAA will handle all transactions, you need not be present during the sale.

  • AAA will collect sales tax for all sales and submit to the state of Maryland.

  • AAA will collect a 20 percent commission on all sales

  • We ask that to bring either a donation for the silent auction or a food item for the reception on Saturday afternoon.
